Unilever faced a highly complex logistical challenge in organizing daily deliveries through a wide network of transport partners. Managing over 40,000 orders each day required precise coordination and continuous communication among all stakeholders. However, their existing tools were no longer sufficient. They couldn’t keep up with the scale of operations or provide real-time visibility and collaboration, leading to inefficiencies and delays across the supply chain.
Solution
We developed a closed-loop B2B CRM platform purpose-built for transport planning and logistics coordination at scale. Designed specifically for Unilever’s complex operations, the system provides end-to-end visibility across the delivery process — from order scheduling to real-time tracking and post-delivery reporting. It allows logistics planners to assign shipments intelligently, optimize transport capacity, and respond dynamically to daily changes in demand or carrier availability.
Through seamless integration with internal systems and external transport partners, the platform acts as a single source of truth for all shipment-related communication. Carriers receive instant updates and instructions, while logistics teams maintain full situational awareness, minimizing delays, errors, and manual interventions.

The introduction of this system transformed Unilever’s transport operations. It delivered a new level of reliability, allowing teams to make faster, data-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment.
